Tblisi is famous for its terrace houses...
and for its characteristic churches (Georgians belong the Georgian Orthodox church)
The old city is now almost entirely renovated and full of fancy cafes and artists' atelies
The main attraction for us were the sulphur baths praised by Pushkin as the best he ever had. We spent two hours in there, in a state close to nirvana. I actually think we experienced some kind of corporal rebirth and went out almost glowing.
A typical courtyard in Tblisi (you can spot the unbelievable Georgian alphabet on the signs)
And lastly, as promised, the compulsory picture of ME for my dear parents :-)
You may have noticed that the blog is dying out. This is due to my lack of time and, in consequence, the poor condition of my mental health, chronic stress and other compulsive disorders. I'm very sorry (if anyone cares)
